Why use an independent property agent?  

At London Paris Dream Home we specialise in providing a tailor-made, highly personalised service covering all aspects of the search and purchase process.

As a completely independent property agent, we do not affiliate ourselves with any third parties, which allows us to work strictly to our clients' requirements.

We consider our work to be complete only when you are totally satisfied with the selected property and an exchange of contract has been signed between you and the vendor. We will:

• Meet with you to discuss the property you require (size, location, price range) and explain to you how the property system works in France
• Carry out a comprehensive search of the market, based on a contract specifying your requirements (unlike most estate agents in Paris, who each cover only one small area within the city, we will search in any area to find the right property for you)
• Compile a shortlist of suitable properties
• Organise and accompany you on viewing appointments
• Explain all the relevant legal requirements and documentation throughout the process
• Help you with tasks such as finding a solicitor and opening a French bank account.
